This Monarch butterfly print features two monarchs and a few milkweed plants. It’s a relief print, meaning I designed the piece, carved linoleum, and printed it with ink. If you’re curious as to how this process works, check out my videos on Instagram! Because each print is printed manually and individually, there are bound to be some texture on the piece. These add character and make it even more special, in my opinion. The ink used is a dark purple, almost black.
